Whether you have one child or four, the Multi-Name Stamp makes labelling clothes fast and simple. You can add up to 4 names on the same stamp (one on each side), making it very cost-effective for larger families.

The special textile ink is designed to withstand the wash and will last long enough to label hundreds of garments. As long as you top up the ink pad only when needed, the ink will stay fresh and last for years.

We recommend stamping directly onto the clothing rather than care labels (as some are too silky to absorb the ink properly). That said, many people do stamp onto care labels with good results — we just don’t guarantee it.

⚠️ As the ink is black, it doesn’t show well on dark clothing. For these, you can buy blank iron-on labels — simply stamp onto the label, let it dry, then iron it onto dark clothes.

Instructions

  1. Before first use, add a few drops of the textile ink onto the pad to prime it.
  2. Press the chosen name into the ink pad.
  3. Test on paper first to check ink coverage (and avoid stamping upside down!).
  4. Place clothing on a hard, flat surface with no folds underneath.
  5. Re-ink the stamp each time you use it.
  6. For dark clothing, use with blank iron-on labels. Stamp carefully in the centre, let the ink dry, then iron on.
  7. Always put the cover back on the ink pad to prevent drying out.
