Our Easyfix Clip-On Labels are the most popular choice in care homes. They save time, are easy to use, and withstand high washing temperatures.
Each label can be clipped on in seconds using a tiny, smooth fixing clip that won’t irritate residents’ skin. Unlike bulky stud-style clips, these are discreet and comfortable.
The same labels can also be ironed on if you prefer — handy for certain garments such as underwear. (They are slightly longer than standard iron-ons, but you can trim the ends if needed.) If you’d like ironing instructions included, just let us know when ordering.
Labels can be printed with clear fonts, coloured backgrounds, and even room numbers for added reassurance. You can also choose a 4-colour theme within one set for easy organisation.
Each pack includes 34 labels + 34 clips. Extra boxes of clips are available separately. Some people prefer to secure labels with two clips instead of folding — both ways work well.
💡 Tip: Be careful when ironing the garment around the label. Avoid direct heat on the label itself, as this may cause it to shrivel.

Instructions

In brief :
- Push the pin part of the clip up through the garment from the inside out and the label.
- Press the cap down firmly over the stem.
- Snap off the stem to leave a tiny, smooth clip.
- The label is now securely held in place and safe for washing.
