6 Must Have Supplies for June Back to School
Things are a bit different at the moment, we can all relate to that. But we’re slowly getting back to normal, children are gradually going back to school and we need to make sure they’re fully equipped to start learning again! We’ve compiled a list of the top 6 school supplies your child needs to learn safely.
Despite the digital age, learning still happens with pen and paper for now! Pencils, sharpeners, pens, glue sticks, rubbers and scissors are all still essential. With government advice, children shouldn’t be sharing their stationery. This can be tricky. You’ll remember as well as we do the arguments about who ‘borrowed’ whose pencil!
Luckily, we’ve got you covered. Our engraved pencils will make sure your child has a trump card for arguments about who the pencil belongs to! We might not be able to engrave onto glue sticks or scissors… but you’ll see our solution for that later on!
Naturally, it’s no use having a perfect set of stationery and then immediately losing it, so you’ll need a pencil case now more than ever! There are plenty of great online stores that sell pencil cases if you don’t fancy a trip to the shops.
This one is another no-brainer at the moment. If you can get your hands on some sanitising gel, then get some sanitising gel on your hands!
A timeless classic. We still remember the metal storage tin, complete with rule, set square, protractor, and compass! Perfect for brainy kids sitting their GCSEs and A-Levels next year.
We’ve all borrowed a water bottle at school before, or accidentally swapped lunchboxes with someone else and it wasn’t the end of the world. But no sharing or swapping at the moment! Best to have brightly coloured bottles and boxes to prevent accidental exchanges.
If everyone gets the same idea, then won’t everyone have the same supplies? This isn’t a problem if you have personalised pencils but what about everything else? We think sticky name labels are the most essential back to school item. After all, what good are social-distancing precautions if we all accidentally swap supplies? With our bright and clear name labels there’s no room to muddle up supplies. You get to design them yourself and you can even upload a photo so that if your child can’t read yet, they still know what’s theirs. These labels are super strong and can be stuck to water bottles, lunchboxes, pens, glue sticks, and won’t fall off in the wash!
That’s our list. Do you agree or did we forget anything? Leave a comment to let us know!
